为了使新能源汽车的动力电池在工作时保持在最佳工作温度范围内,本文提出了一种新型的树状结构通道的冷板.通过对比入口通道的数量来分析不同树状结构通道的冷板对电池的散热能力,并选出热性能较好的树状结构与传统直通型冷板进行对比.结果显示在树状结构上,随着入口通道数的增加电池的高温区域减少,冷板的散热均匀性也得到提升,对比传统直通型冷板的热性能有巨大提升.该散热结构可为其他液冷结构提供一定参考.
A New Lithium Battery Liquid Cooling Plate With Tree-like Bionic Structure
In order to keep the power battery of new energy vehicles in the optimal operating temperature range dur-ing operation,a new type of cold plate with tree structure channels is proposed in this paper.The heat dissipation ability of the cold plate with different tree structure channels on the battery is analyzed by comparing the number of entrance channels,and the tree structure with better thermal performance is selected to compare with the traditional straight-through cold plate.The results show that on the tree structure,with the increase of the number of inlet channels the high temperature region of the battery is reduced,and the heat dissipation uniformity of the cold plate is also improved,which is a huge improvement of the thermal performance compared with the traditional straight-through cold plate.This heat dissipation structure can provide a certain reference for other liquid cooling structures.
