摘要

本文研究的一种铸造牵引销结构复杂,铸件存在多处孤立热节且要求超声波探伤及磁粉探伤检查,探伤等级高,铸造难度大,本文分析并设计了牵引销铸造生产工艺,通过对生产出现的质量问题进行了改进,保证了铸件质量,通过智能辅助制造,探索智能制造应用技术在基础铸造生产中的应用.

Abstract

The structure of a cast traction pin studied in this article is complex,with multiple isolated hot spots in the casting and requiring ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection.The inspection level is high,and the casting difficulty is high.This article analyzes and designs the production process of traction pin casting,improves the quality problems encountered in production,and ensures the quality of the casting.Through intelligent assis-ted manufacturing,the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in basic casting production is explored.
