With the rapid development of the aviation industry,aviation project management becomes more and more important.Aviation projects are characterized by complexity,high risk and high technology content,so it is necessary to establish a set of scientific and effective innovation system to improve the success rate of the project.This paper takes the aviation research project management innovation system as the research object,and proposes relevant optimization strategies through the analysis of the current project management status and inno-vation system.The implementation of the optimization strategy can improve the efficiency and innovation ability of aviation project management,and enhance the success rate and sustainable development ability of the project.
