Exploration and Practice of the Training Model for Applied Talents in the New Energy Vehicle Specialty under the Background of Industry Education Integration
With the technological transformation of the"new four modernizations"of automobiles,new re-quirements have been put forward for the cultivation of new energy vehicle engineering and technical talents.In response to the main problems in the current process of cultivating new energy vehicle talents in universities,this article takes the new energy vehicle major of Jincheng College of Southern Airlines as an example,and proposes measures for cultivating new energy vehicle talents in application-oriented universities through the construction of a collaborative education ecosystem between schools and enterprises,the revision of talent cultivation plans,the co construction of curriculum systems between schools and enterprises,the reform of teaching models,the con-struction of a dual teacher team,and the co construction of teaching practice bases.In order to provide reference for relevant universities in the process of cultivating new energy vehicle talents,and cultivate high-quality applied innovative talents that meet the needs of modern industries and are highly compatible with production and educa-tion.
