摘要
本文通过对汽车专业实施"1+X"证书培训考核的实践进行分析总结,从 1+X证书推进需要重视的证书类型的选择、实施团队的建设、培养体系的创新,以及几年证书考核结果的分析等几方面问题进行了分析总结,阐明了构建"岗课赛证"融通的教学要求,即三个标准的融合为基础,构建融合的培训与考核体系,融合各级技能竞赛要求.同时构建产教融合的师资队伍,最终形成符合"1+X"证书需要,适应"岗课赛证"要求的教学体系.
Abstract
This article analyzes and summarizes the practice of implementing the"1+X"certificate training and assessment in the automotive major of our college.It analyzes and summarizes several issues that need to be emphasized in promoting the"1+X"certificate,including the selection of certificate types,construction of im-plementation teams,innovation of training systems,and analysis of certificate assessment results in recent years.It clarifies the teaching requirements for building a"Job,Course,Competition,Certification"integration,which is based on the integration of the three standards,Build a comprehensive training and assessment system that in-tegrates the requirements of skill competitions at all levels.Simultaneously building a teaching staff team that in-tegrates industry and education,ultimately forming a teaching system that meets the requirements of"1+X"cer-tification and adapts to the requirements of"Job,Course,Competition,Certification".
