根据电池单体和储能设备对储能单元的要求,对电池模块化成组进行了分析,为了能够实现AGV的电池组的均衡,保证在使用中SOC容量能够趋于一致,对均衡策略进行了研究,提出了AGV车电池组的柔性成组的方法,并提出了容量不一致下的改进型电池系统的均衡控制方法,并验证其有效性和可行性。
Research on Balanced Control Strategy for Lithium-ion Battery System Based on AGV
According to the requirements of battery monomer and energy storage equipment for energy stor-age units,the modular grouping of batteries is analyzed.In order to realize the balance of AGV battery packs and ensure that SOC capacity can be consistent in use,the balancing strategy is studied,and the flexible grouping method of AGV battery packs is proposed.An equalization control method for the improved battery system with inconsistent capacity is proposed and its effectiveness and feasibility are verified.
