Research on the Influence of Environmental Temperature on RDE emissions of Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle
With the implementation of the national carbon-neutral policy and the double-integral policy of fuel consump-tion,the share of plug-in hybrid vehicles in the domestic passenger vehicle market has increased steadily.Taking a represent-ative plug-in hybrid vehicle meeting the national six emission standards as the research object, the full-flow emission test sys-tem(CVS)and PEMS series test were used in the environmental simulation laboratory, the influence of ambient temperature on RDE emission measurement of plug-in hybrid vehicle was studied. The results showed that PN emission and coincidence factor increased with the decrease of ambient temperature,NOx coincidence factor increased with the decrease of ambient temperature,T HC,CO,NH3 emission increased with the decrease of ambient temperature Based on the RDE emission char-acteristics and risk analysis of plug-in hybrid vehicles under different ambient temperatures controlled by Euro 7 or Euro 7,this paper proposes a new approach to control RDE emission of plug-in hybrid vehicles by optimizing the original emission and calibration strategy, loading CGPF,increasing the amount of noble metal used in the post-treatment catalyst to ensure that the RDE emission meets the regulatory requirements.
