Analysis of Groove Slot of AC Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
Tlot torque is a special torque in permanent magnet motor,which is caused by the interaction be-tween the permanent magnet and the stator groove.When the magnetic field on the permanent magnet interacts with the stator groove distribution,an additional torque is called the groove torque.Based on the analysis of en-ergy method and finite element simulation,the influence of different pole groove coordination on the motor groove torque,calculate the optimal number of pole groove fit,and further reduce the groove torque by compa-ring the simulation results with the prototype test data to confirm the feasibility of the optimization scheme.The results show that it can reduce the groove torque.
