混合器对柴油机排放物影响的试验研究

柴油车的尿素通过混合器热解为NH3 与NOx 反应,N H3 在混合器中分布均匀的差异影响了NOx的转化效率与NH3 泄漏。试验选取了不同混合器进行WHTC 瞬态循环与WHSC稳态循环试验。结果表明:SCR的NOx转化效率与转化速率随混合器流场均匀性的提升而提高,且流场均匀性能高的混合器对抑制NH3 泄漏更有效果。3#混合器的瞬态与稳态循环NOx比排放为0。186g·(kW·h)-1 与 0。041g·(kW·h)-1,NH3 泄漏为0。254×10-6 与 0。068×10-6;2#混合器的瞬态与稳态循环 NOx 比排放分别为 0。346 g·(kW·h)-1 与0畅063 g·(kW·h)-1,NH3 泄漏为 2。944×10-6 与2。254×10-6。
Experimental Study on the Effect of Mixer on the Performance of Emission in Automotive Diesel Engine
Diesel vehicles of urea is pyrolyzed to NH3 and NOx by the mixer.The difference in the uniform distribution of NH3 in the mixer affects the NOx conversion efficiency and NH3 leakage.Different mixers were selected for WHTC cycle and WHSC cycle.The results showed:The NOx conversion efficiency and conversion rate of SCR were improved with the increase of the mixer uniformity index high performance uniform index was more effectivein suppressing NH3 leakage.3#mixers was NOx emission of transient cycle 0.186 g·(kW·h)-1 and steady-state cycles 0.041 g·(kW·h)-1,NH3 leakage of transient cycle 0.254×10-6 and steady-state cycles 0.068×10-6;2#mixers was NOx emission of transient cycle 0.346 g·(kW·h)-1 and steady-state cy-cles 0.063 g·(kW·h)-1,NH3 leakage of transient cycle 2.944×10-6 and steady-state cycles 2.254×10-6.
