Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Electromechanical Coupling of Motor-gear System Under Steady State Conditions
The transmission system composed of permanent magnet synchronous motor and first stage helical gear re-ducer is studied. The mechanical and electrical coupling dynamics model of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and first-stage helical gear dynamics model is established. The dynamic response of electrical signal of electro-mechanical coupling transmission system is analyzed under constant speed and constant load.It is found that the stator current and electromagnetic torque contain information reflecting the gear meshing frequency, and the stator current con-tains more information about the transmission system frequency than the electromagnetic torque, which indicates that the frequency of the mechanical system will be modulated with the stator current and electromagnetic torque frequency of the electrical system. It is proved that the electrical performance of the motor is affected by the characteristics of the mechani-cal system. The research results provide a reference for the research method of dynamic performance monitoring and fault diagnosis of the electromechanical coupling system through the stator current and its related parameters.
