汽油机气缸垫密封失效原因分析及可靠性开发研究

为进一步提高汽油机气缸垫设计开发的可靠性,降低气缸垫在开发过程中出现密封失效问题的概率,快速解决气缸垫密封失效问题.对汽油机气缸垫的密封失效问题进行了研究.分析了影响气缸垫密封性能的相关零部件:气缸体、气缸盖、气缸盖螺栓及气缸垫本身,涉及密封的相关问题,提出了这些零部件的优化措施和设计要求.针对气缸垫设计开发过程,提出了有限元仿真分析结合冷热冲击试验瞬态温度场边界的分析方法,可以更准确的得到气缸垫仿真分析结果.同时为了规范化设计开发气缸垫,提出了一种气缸垫设计开发流程.
Seal Failure Cause Analysis and Reliability Development of Cylinder Head Gasket for Gasoline Engine
In order to further improve the reliability of gasoline engine cylinder head gasket design and devel-opment,reduce the probability of cylinder head gasket problems in the development process,and quickly solve the cylinder head gasket seal failure problem.The seal failure problem of cylinder head gasket of gasoline engine is studied.This paper analyzes the related parts which affect the sealing performance of cylinder head gasket,in-cluding cylinder block,cylinder head,cylinder head bolt and cylinder head gasket itself,and puts forward the optimization measures and design requirements of these parts.Aiming at the design and development of cylinder head gasket,a FEA method combined with transient temperature field boundary of thermal shock test is pro-posed,which can obtain the simulation analysis results of cylinder head gasket more accurately.At the same time,in order to standardize the design and development of cylinder head gasket,a design and development process of cylinder head gasket is proposed.
