Design and Optimization of The Injector Holder
The design of the injector holder is to ensure the precise position of the common rail of the fuel in-jector system,and its shape is designed in the modeling program.This design considers the installation space and manufacturing method of internal combustion engines.In order to further optimize the performance of the injec-tor holder,finite element analysis was used to perform stress analysis on the proposed geometric shape.Through this analysis,it is possible to evaluate the stress and stress distribution that the bracket bears in the actual work-ing environment.Finally,use the same method to optimize the geometry of the injector holder to reduce the weight of the components.Through this optimization design,the overall weight of the injector holder can be re-duced while maintaining structural strength and stability,thereby improving the performance and efficiency of the entire fuel injector system.This design method aims to meet the requirements of modern engineering for lightweight,high-performance,and reliability.
