蜂窝夹层结构汽车吸能盒吸能特性研究

本文研究对象为低速碰撞交通事故中起吸能作用的吸能盒,通过研究汽车吸能盒的结构参数找到提升其吸能特性的合理结构,分别以六边形、类四边形和类蜂窝夹层结构填充吸能盒,运用理论分析与数值仿真相结合的方法对传统吸能盒和蜂窝填充结构汽车吸能盒进行吸能特性研究,提升传统吸能盒的吸能特性.研究结果显示:通过填充后,吸能盒的吸能特性得到大幅提升,并且类蜂窝夹层结构吸能盒还降低了传统吸能盒的碰撞力峰值,具有重要的创新性,为汽车吸能盒的发展提供了一种新的选择,同时为汽车的安全性设计提供了重要的参考依据.
Study on Energy Absorption Characteristics of Automobile Energy-absorbing Box with Honeycomb Sandwich Structure
The research object of this paper is the energy absorption box in low-speed collision traffic accidents.By studying the structural parameters of the car energy absorption box,a reasonable structure to improve its energy absorp-tion characteristics is found.The energy absorption box is filled with hexagonal,quadrilateral and honeycomb sandwich structures respectively.By combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the energy absorption characteristics of traditional energy absorption box and honeycomb filling structure car energy absorption box are studied to improve the energy absorption characteristics of traditional energy absorption box.The research results show that:after filling,the energy absorption characteristics of the energy absorption box are greatly improved,and the honeycomb sandwich struc-ture of the energy absorption box also reduces the peak impact force of the traditional energy absorption box,which has important innovation,provides a new choice for the development of automotive energy absorption box,and provides an important reference for the safety design of vehicles.
