Study on Vibration Performance of Cylinder Structure of Internal Combustion Engine Under Piston Knocking Force
In order to investigate the vibration performance of the internal combustion engine cylinder block under the action of the piston striking force, this paper uses a combination of numerical simulation and experimental measurement.Firstly, the characteristics of the piston striking force are simulated, and then the vibration response of the cylinder block is verified by experiments. The results show that the piston striking force has a significant effect on the vibration charac-teristics of the cylinder block, resulting in changes in amplitude and spectrum distribution. Then, the structure optimiza-tion based on simulation is carried out to reduce the vibration response of the cylinder block. The optimization scheme is verified by experiments and shows a significant improvement effect, which provides strong support for the design and per-formance improvement of the internal combustion engine.
