使用正时皮带的柴油机高压油泵相位的优化设计

为提升柴油机正时系统的可靠性,本文分析了使用正时皮带的柴油机中高压油泵的安装相位对正时系统的影响.针对某 3L 排量柴油机的高压油泵安装相位进行研究,利用AVL 多体动力学软件Excite Timing Drive对正时系统进行动态仿真分析,确认高压油泵最优相位下正时张紧器的摆角、皮带振幅等参数,并通过对比试验验证.结果表明,高压油泵在最优相位下,可有效避开正时系统周期性扭矩叠加,最大程度的降低正时系统承受的扭矩及冲击,提升正时皮带的可靠性.
Optimization Design of Diesel Fuel Injection Pump Phase Using Timing Belt
In order to improve the reliability of the diesel engine timing system,this article analyzes the im-pact of the installation phase of the high-pressure oil pump on the timing system in diesel engines using timing belts.A study was conducted on the installation phase of the high-pressure oil pump for a certain 3L displace-ment diesel engine.The AVL multi body dynamics software Excite Timing Drive was used to conduct dynamic simulation analysis of the timing system,and parameters such as the swing angle and belt amplitude of the timing tensioner under the optimal phase of the high-pressure oil pump were confirmed.These parameters were verified through comparative experiments.The results show that under the optimal phase,the high-pressure oil pump can effectively avoid the periodic torque superposition of the timing system,minimize the torque and impact borne by the timing system,and improve the reliability of the timing belt.
