制动系统是汽车上用以使外界(主要是路面)在汽车某些部分(主要是车轮)施加一定的力,从而对其进行一定程度的强制制动的一系列专门装置.而制动系统中最主要的零部件就是空压机,空压机通过发动机驱动在打气过程中向气瓶中充气,以满足整车的刹车需求,保证整车的行驶安全.然而近年来空压机故障率不断攀高,为整车安全性运行带来了极大隐患,本文通过研究空压机不同取气位置对空压机性能影响,为空压机性能优化提供试验依据.
Based on The Widen-body Mining Truck Engine Air Compressor Gas on Different Position of Air Compressor Performance
Brake system is used to make the outside world(mainly road)in some parts of the car(mainly wheel)to exert certain force,and to a certain extent,a certain degree of forced braking of a series of specialized equipment.And braking system in the main parts is air compressor,air compressor through the engine driver in cheer to the cylinders in the air,in order to meet the vehicle's brake demand,ensure the vehicle driving safety.However in recent years,air compressor fault rate rising,for vehicle safety running brought great risks,the study of air compressor different take positions of gas of air compressor performance impact,for the air compres-sor performance optimization provides the experimental basis.
