航空发动机地面台进气加温试验技术研究

为了模拟航空发动机高空大马赫数情况下,较高的发动机进气温度,进行地面台架条件发动机进气加温试验.针对地面台架条件航空发动机加温试验进行研究,提出采用机载进口温度传感器表征进气加温进口温度方法,实现加温温度监控,保障加温试验安全.后选取飞行包线内典型工作点,开展地面台进气加温模拟试验.试验研究发现,进气加温试验过程发动机进口总温不均匀性最大为 2.6%,排气温度场与常温试车分布一致,进排气温度场分布均匀,控制精度较高,可以为发动机进气加温试验提供较高品质的进气流场.试验表明,地面台架条件开展进气加温试验,可以较好的模拟发动机高空大马赫数高温进气条件下发动机工作情况.
Research on Intake Heating Test Technology of Aeroengine Ground Table
In order to simulatethe higher engine intake air temperature when the small bypass is higher than the mach number of the aero-engine,the engineintake air heating test under ground bench conditions was carried out.Aiming at the research on the heating test of aero-engine with air intake conditions on the ground bench,a method of recording the inlet temperature sensor to characterize the intake temperature is proposed to realize the monitoring of the intake temperature and the safety of the surge heating test.Then,3 typical working points in the flight envelope are selected to carry out the simulation test of the ground table intake air heating.The experimental study found that the maximum inhomogeneity of the total inlet temperature of the engine during the intake air heating test is 2.6%,the exhaust temperature field is con-sistent with the normal temperature test run,the intake and exhaust temperature field is evenly distributed,and the control accuracy is high.The air heating test provides a high-quality intake flow field.The test shows that the intake heating test carried out on the ground bench conditions can better simulate under the high-altitude Mach number and high-temperature intake conditions of the engine.
