In order to study the changes of the cylinder gasket under transient conditions,this paper analyzes the changes of the cylinder gasket seal during the cold and thermal shock test based on the finite element method and the data of the engine test cycle.According to the research results,this method can obtain the compression history of the sealing rib in the whole working cycle,and the leakage problem is more likely to occur in the heat-ing stage.The analysis results are basically consistent with the test results.The problem of oil leakage and cracking can be solved by optimizing the number of cylinder gaskets.
