随着国家高速铁路建设的不断发展,高铁和动车组成为中国交通运输的主要工具.在高铁和动车组运营过程中,受复杂环境等因素的影响,难免会出现个别部件锈蚀、裂纹等情况.针对出现的问题,通过科学的手段和先进的仪器设备等对问题的成因进行科学分析,发现存在的隐患进而采取有效措施,对于保证和提升高铁产品的质量、提高列车运行安全性能等具有重要的现实意义.本文以动车组轴端连接器安装组成裂纹分析为例,研究和分析金属材料制件失效的原因、性质、过程及对制件的影响程度,判断产品的失效模式与失效机理和原因,进而提出预防再失效的对策.
Analysis of Cracks in the Assembly of Shaft-end Connector of EMU
With the development of national high-speed railway construction,high-speed railway and EMU have become the main means of transportation in China.In the operation process of high-speed rail and EMU,due to the influence of complex environment and other factors,it is inevitable that some parts will be corroded and cracked.In the light of the problems,we shall scientifically analyze the causes of the problems through sci-entific means and advanced instruments and equipment,find out the hidden dangers and then take effective meas-ures.It has important practical significance for ensuring and improving the quality of high-speed railway products and improving the safety performance of train operation.In this article,that crack analysis of the shaft-end con-nector in motor train set is taken as an example to study and analyze the failure reason,property,process and in-fluence degree of the metal parts,The failure mode,failure mechanism and cause of the product were judged,and the countermeasures to prevent re-failure were put forward.
