Common Fault Diagnosis of the Magotan B8 High-pressure Fuel Injector
Magotan B8 not only has a high market share in China's intermediate vehicles in China,but also one of the main models of the National Automotive Technology and Skills Competition.In all kinds of automobile faults,high-pres-sure injector is one of the areas with high incidence of faults.Timely and accurate diagnosis of common faults of high-pressure injector is the key to grasp the cause of the fault and make effective treatment.This paper mainly combines the fuel control circuit to analyze the fuel injection process of Magotan B 8 engine fuel injector,and finally explains the analysis and diagnosis process of common faults of high pressure fuel injector in the form of cases,and finally provides some effec-tive methods for the fault diagnosis of high pressure fuel injector.Through the theoretical connection case analysis,it provides guidance for better grasp the fault problem of Magotan B 8 high pressure injector,and provides some ideas and reference for the fault diagnosis and treatment of high pressure injector.
