The frame assembly is a very important bottom frame component used in pickup trucks,light trucks,and non load carrying passenger cars.The quality of the frame assembly has a significant impact on the safety and comfort of the entire vehicle.The welding deformation of the longitudinal beam assembly in the frame assembly is the most difficult to control.Traditional methods of controlling welding deformation are already dif-ficult to ensure the deformation of the longitudinal beam assembly,making it difficult for the overall size control andassembly of theframe to meet high-quality requirements.Inorder to improve thesizeof theframeassembly and reduce the welding deformation of the frame longitudinal beam assembly,this article studies the deformation of the frame longitudinal beam assembly after welding,From the perspectives of fixture design and robot welding layout,ensure that the deformation of the longitudinal beam assembly after welding is controlled within 2.3-3畅2mm,thereby ensuring the size and production efficiency of the frame assembly.
