Development of Equilibrium Point Tracking Type Forced Convection Heat Transfer Experimental Device
Based on the principle of forced convection heat transfer in a single tube with air crossing,an equi-librium point tracking type experimental device for forced convection heat transfer is developed. The device uses a microcontroller to control experimental operating parameters such as wind speed and heating power, and syn-chronously adjusts and collects real-time analysis of operating parameters to achieve thermal equilibrium state point tracking.By using Newton's cooling formula and criterion relationship, the Nusselt number and Reynolds number are automatically calculated, the criterion relationship is automatically fitted, and the correlation curve is automatically displayed, achieving fully automatic data analysis. The test results show that within the Reynolds number range of 40-4000,the experimental results are in good agreement with the empirical correlation equation, achieving automatic tracking of the thermal equilibrium point and meeting the real-time automatic measurement requirements for forced convection heat transfer experiments.
