Application of Intelligent Vision System in Engine Production Inspection
With the advent of the era of Industry 4.0,the production process is developing in the direction of automation,intelligence and flexibility,and the traditional method of relying on manual experience for visual in-spection is facing new challenges.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,an engine fac-tory has realized the automation and intelligence of industrial production,and machine vision is the most impor-tant and most promising direction of artificial intelligence,which extracts effective information from complex and changeable visual information,and analyzes,understands and processes it,so as to realize automatic detection and intelligent identification of industrial products.By observing the current situation in the engine production process,this paper describes the application of intelligent vision system to the manufacturing inspection of the engine,and uses image processing technology to complete the size and quality inspection of key parts of the engine.
