螺旋输送机是一种利用电机带动螺旋回转,推移物料以实现输送的机械,是现代工业和物流运输中不可或缺的一种关键的机械装备;物料输送时受到输送角度、转速、螺旋结构等因素影响而产生阻力和能量损失,为提高螺旋输送机的工作效率和稳定性,建立螺旋轴三维模型,通过Simdroid对螺旋轴进行静力学及模态分析,为螺旋输送机的制造和应用提供理论依据.
Design And Finite Element Analysis of Spiral Tube Shaft
Spiral conveyor is a mechanical device that uses an electric motor to drive the spiral rotation and move materials to achieve conveying.It is an indispensable key mechanical equipment in modern industry and lo-gistics transportation;When conveying materials,resistance and energy loss are caused by factors such as conve-ying angle,speed,and screw structure.In order to improve the efficiency and stability of screw conveyors,a three-dimensional model of the screw shaft is established.Static and modal analysis of the screw shaft is conduc-ted through Simdroid,providing a theoretical basis for the manufacturing and application of screw conveyors.
