Inventory management is not only the management of economic indicators,but also the embodi-ment of the operation level and management quality of a unit.In order to fully display the inventory management level of an enterprise,it must be comprehensively measured in multiple dimensions.This paper studies the in-ventory management problems of six aero-engine enterprises and extracts indexes from qualitative and quantita-tive dimensions to find out the weak links of inventory management and make targeted management improve-ment.
