＂Lightweight level of electric vehicles＂ refers to the ratio of the mass of electric vehicles to the mass of fuel vehicles.Lightweight is an effective means to reduce energy consumption and increase range,and is also one of the important means for countries to enhance the competitiveness of the electric vehicle market.Re-search has shown that for every 10%reduction in vehicle weight,the range can be increased by 2%to 3%.Due to the fact that battery weight accounts for 20%to 40%of the total vehicle weight,lightweight is an important way to improve battery energy density.Therefore,the current lightweight of new energy vehicles mainly re-volves around the optimization of battery materials and structures.
