气动系统具有简单可靠、传递介质易获取等优势,应用范围不断扩展,但其能量利用率最低仅有20%,限制气动技术进一步发展.本文总结当前国内外气动系统节能技术进展,发现合理利用排气可显著提升节能效率,并将排气利用分类为直接利用排气、回收利用排气、转化能量形式三种节能方式,分析了不同节能方式的优势,为后续气动系统节能研究提供理论依据.
Overview of Energy-saving Research on Pneumatic Actuator Systems
Pneumatic systems have the advantages of simplicity,reliability,and easy access to transmission media,and their application range continues to expand.However,their energy utilization rate is only 20%,which limits the fur-ther development of pneumatic technology.This article summarizes the current progress of energy-saving technology in pneumatic systems both domestically and internationally,and finds that reasonable use of exhaust can significantly im-prove energy-saving efficiency.Exhaust utilization is classified into three energy-saving methods:direct use of exhaust,recycling of exhaust,and energy conversion.The advantages of different energy-saving methods are analyzed,providing a theoretical basis for subsequent research on energy-saving in pneumatic systems.
