A Research on the Tightening Sequence of the Oil Pan Bolt Group
In order to select the optimal tightening sequence for the oil pan bolts.This article takes a certain diesel engine as the research object,sets four tightening sequence schemes for oil pan bolts,and uses Abaqus to analyze the bolt tightening sequence.The residual pre tightening force of each fastening bolt,deformation of the oil pan installation surface,stress of the oil pan itself,and deformation of the oil pan sealing gasket are obtained.Based on the comprehensive calculation results,it was found that the best solution is to tighten the four corners first,then tighten the middle,and then tighten in a clockwise sequence.The calculation and analysis process can provide a design basis for the sealing stability of the oil pan after assembly.
