A Kind of Vehicle Urea Filling and Storage System Which Prevent Leakage and Overfilling
It is necessary to design SCR system on diesel vehicle exhaust treatment system to meet the nation-al six emission standards,SCR system can accurately control the real-time injection amount of urea through de-tecting the content of NOx in the upstream exhaust gas to achieve the purpose of purifying exhaust gas.There-fore,it is necessary to carry urea with the vehicle.This paper introduces a kind of Vehicle urea filling and stor-age system which prevent leakage and overfilling.The problems of urea tank deformation and urea leakage are solved during the actual use of the vehicle.The problem that the ultrasonic liquid level sensor in the urea tank has no signal due to excessive filling of urea into the inner wall of the urea tank is also be solved during the actual use of the vehicle.It is of great reference significance to automobile engineers and technicians.
