铝制飞轮壳技术的研究与应用

本文简单阐述了铝制飞轮壳在车用柴油机上应用推广的研究方法.在满足客户对整机量化的要求上,对主要降重零部件铝制飞轮推广进行了介绍和分析.先基于有限元疲劳方法分析了飞轮壳的疲劳强度,得到了飞轮壳疲劳强度的分布云图及疲劳热点,通过某型卡车飞轮壳的道路载荷进行了采集,得到其典型工况下的加速度载荷时间历程,预估实际使用寿命,为改进铝制飞轮壳结构(壁厚选取、加强筋布置)提供参考.
Study on Aluminum Flywheel Housing Application Technology
The paper introduces the charging the aluminum alloy applications in automotive diesel engine fly-wheel shell extension of research methods.In to meet customer demand for the whole machine lightweight,alu-minum flywheel shell extension for the main drop weight parts are introduced and analyzed.First based on the fatigue strength of finite element method of fatigue analysis of the flywheel shell,the flywheel shell strength and fatigue hot spot,the distribution of cloud road load was carried out by a certain type of trucks flywheel shell,a typical working conditions of acceleration loading-time,forecast the actual service life and to improve the fly-wheel shell structure(such as wall thickness selection,stiffener layout)to provide the reference.
