旋翼无人机折叠桨桨毂随机振动疲劳分析

旋翼无人机折叠桨桨毂是折叠桨和电机连接的重要结构,电机螺旋桨产生的随机振动是桨毂结构失效的主要原因.为了对桨毂进行振动疲劳分析,采用有限元分析软件对桨毂结构进行了模态分析和随机振动分析,结合仿真结果对桨毂结构进行优化改进.对改进前后的桨毂结构进行疲劳寿命计算及飞行试验,验证设计方法的可靠性.该设计方法可以推广应用到各类旋翼无人机产品中连接件的设计.
Random Vibration Fatigue Analysis of Rotor UAV Folding Propeller Hub
The hub of the folding propeller of the rotor UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle)is an important struc-ture for connecting the folding propeller with the motor.Random vibration caused by motor propeller is the main reason for the failure of hub structure.Modal analysis and random vibration analysis were conducted for vibra-tion fatigue analysis of the hub by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.Compared with the simula-tion results,the structure of the hub was optimized and improved.The fatigue life calculation and flight test of the hub structure were carried out to verify the reliability of the design method.The design method can be ap-plied to the design of connecting parts in various rotor UAV products.
