Analysis of Error Prevention Design for Automatic Assembly Line of Automotive Parts
In the automotive manufacturing industry,the automatic assembly line error prevention design of components plays a very important role.By providing precise assembly processes and measures to prevent errors from occurring,and by comprehensively applying various technologies and methods,designers can ensure the ac-curacy and efficiency of the assembly process,thereby improving the efficiency and quality of automotive produc-tion.This article focuses on the principles of error prevention design for automatic assembly lines of automotive components.Through analysis and identification,classification of error prevention methods,error prevention methods and verification methods,sensor error prevention with detection values,error prevention component production,error prevention instructions,error prevention verification and recording,a complete set of error prevention design process is proposed.
