Research on the Repair Matching Technology of Diesel Engine Crankshaft and Cam Shaft
The crankshaft and camshaft are important components in marine diesel engines,and once wear and tear problems occur,they will directly affect the performance of the diesel engine body.Based on this,this article analyzes common damages to diesel engine crankshafts and camshafts,proposes corresponding inspection methods and repair plans,and takes the maintenance operation of a certain ship's diesel engine as an example to study the matching repair process of diesel engine crankshafts and camshafts.Through a series of treatment measures,fault repair is achieved.It can be seen that adopting a reasonable crankshaft and camshaft repair process is beneficial for improving the performance of diesel engines and promoting the improvement of ship oper-ation level.
