摘要

在汽轮机的运行过程中,经常会面临各种故障和事故,其中由于汽轮机叶片损坏而引发的问题占据了主要部分.特别是汽轮机叶片的断裂,被认为是一种危害极大且较为常见的故障,对机组的运行造成了严重的影响为了了解汽轮机叶片断裂的相关原因,需要通过一系列的理化检验,包括化学成分、材料组织、夹杂物和力学性能等方面的详尽分析,以便全面了解断裂的原因.本文针对汽轮机断裂叶片检测与失效原因展开分析,根据检测结果可以了解其断裂失效模式,从而可以以确保汽轮机能够高效、可靠地运行,同时保障人员和设备的安全.

Abstract

In the process of steam turbine running,it is often faced with various faults and accidents,in which the problems caused by the damage of steam turbine blades occupy the main part.In particular,the tur-bine blade fracture is considered to be a very harmful and common fault,which has a serious impact on the opera-tion of the unit,a series of physical and chemical tests,including detailed analysis of chemical composition,ma-terial organization,inclusion and mechanical properties,are required to fully understand the cause of fracture.In this paper,the fault detection and failure analysis of steam turbine blade,according to the detection results can understand the fracture failure mode,so as to ensure that the steam turbine can be efficient and reliable opera-tion,at the same time to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
