摘要

针对发动机试验台大量振动故障数据不便查找、管理及利用率较低等缺点,利用 QT用户界面应用程序开发框架,设计友好的人机交界面,结合 MySql 数据库,实现振动故障相关数据的管理、导入导出和归纳统计等,利用该应用软件,实现了故障件基本信息、故障现象、故障分析、故障特征频率、频谱图和原始数据等一系列数据的查询和更新,便于后续同类故障检测和诊断,为试验台地面健康管理系统和故障专家分析系统的建立提供数据支持和依据.

Abstract

Aiming at the shortcomings of a large number of vibration fault data inconvenient to find,manage and low utilization rate of engine test bench,QT user interface application development framework is used to de-sign a friendly human-machine interface,combined with MySql database,to achieve vibration fault related data management,import and export and induction statistics,etc.,using the application software,A series of data such as basic fault information,fault phenomenon,fault analysis,fault characteristic frequency,spectral dia-gram and original data are inquired and updated,which is convenient for follow-up similar fault detection and di-agnosis,and provides data support and basis for the establishment of the ground health management system of the test bench and the fault expert analysis system.
