本文主要介绍了曲轴高频淬火层深测量方法,通过对曲轴的表面处理的检查确认,可以通过文中的例子举一反三,扩展至各行各业的类似检查确认中,根据实际情况来选择合适的检查方法,确认检测方法的可行性,通过对比,从中选择最好、精度最高的检测方法应用于行业的零部件检验,这样既提高品质判定水平,又能有效地提高生产效率.这种验证生产工艺过程所选择的参数以及产品的技术参数是否符合指明一条确认途径,对后续的生产过程的确认以及产品质量参数的确认非常有帮助.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the crankshaft high frequency quenching layer deep measurement method,through the crankshaft surface treatment confirmed,the reader can by examples,extended to the simi-lar inspection in all walks of life,according to their own actual situation to choose their own inspection method,confirm the feasibility of the detection method,by comparison,choose the best,the highest precision detection method applied to the industry parts inspection,improve the quality determination level,and can effectively im-prove the production efficiency.This kind of verification is whether the parameters selected by our production process and the technical parameters of the product meet the specified confirmation path,which is very helpful for the subsequent confirmation of the production process and the product quality parameters.
