多轴数控加工技术在汽车零部件加工中的应用研究

摘要
为发挥多轴数控加工技术在汽车零部件制造中应用潜能,研究汽车发动机零件、制动系统零件及底盘和悬挂系统零件为例,研究了多轴数控加工技术在设计、路径规划、精度控制与误差补偿以及切削参数优化等关键技术方面应用.结果表明,适当应用多轴数控加工技术能显著提升汽车零部件的加工质量和生产效率,为汽车制造业的技术升级和产业竞争力提升提供有力支撑.
Abstract
In order to tap into the potential application of multi axis CNC machining technology in the manufacturing of automotive components,this study evaluates the application of multi axis CNC machining technology in key technolo-gies such as design,path planning,precision control and error compensation,and cutting parameter optimization,taking automotive engine parts,brake system parts,chassis and suspension system parts as examples.The results indicate that the appropriate application of multi axis CNC machining technology can significantly improve the machining quality and production efficiency of automotive components,providing strong support for the technological upgrading and industrial competitiveness enhancement of the automotive manufacturing industry.
