欧洲汽车法规认证体系研究

摘要
近年来中国汽车出口数量迅速增长,中国汽车品牌进入其他国家市场首先要解决认证问题.欧洲汽车法规认证制度发展起步较早、法规完善、体系成熟,对世界很多国家都具有深远影响.随着中国汽车工业的发展,中国建立并完善了具有中国特色的汽车法规认证体系,中欧汽车法规认证体系在不同方面存在相似性和差异性.本文介绍了欧盟与联合国欧洲经济委员会汽车法规认证体系的关系与认证流程,对中国汽车企业快速了解欧洲汽车法规体系、开拓出口市场有一定帮助和指导意义.
Abstract
In recent years,Chinese automobile exports increases repidly.The first problem that chinese auto-mobile enterprises need to solve is certification before enter other countries'market.The development of Europe-an automobile regulation certification system started early,the regulations are perfect and the system is mature.The system has a profound impact on many countries around the world.With the development of China's automo-bile industry,China has established and improved the automobile regulatory certification system with Chinese characteristics.There are similarities and differences in different aspects of the certification system of automobile regulations in China and Europe.In this paper,we introduces the relationship and certification process between the European Union and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe(UNECE)automobile regulation certification system.It is helpful for Chinese automobile enterprises to quickly understand the European automo-bile regulation system and develop export market.
