Research on Talent Training Mode under the Integration of"Post Course Competition Certificate"——Taking New Energy Vehicle Technology Specialty as an Example
New energy vehicles have become the main direction of the transformation and development of the global automobile industry and the main driving force to promote the sustainable development of the automobile industry.and the demand for high-quality and highly skilled talents in the automotive repair industry in the new energy vehicle aftermarket is increasing day by day.This paper discusses how to reconstruct the curriculum sys-tem from the demand of post ability,take the curriculum reform as a breakthrough point,promote the reform of"three educations",promote the practical training of professional courses by vocational skills competition,and enhance students'skill operation ability;With the certificate as the foothold,we should build a talent training system with both education and training,improve the quality of talent training,better serve the automobile af-termarket,provide strong support for our country's rapid economic development.
