Design and Verification of Aircraft Engine Water Ingestion Test
Inhaling water is an inevitable working scenario for aircraft engines,therefore,the engine needs to ensure safe and reliable operation in this scenario.Before finalizing the design,aircraft engines will undergo wa-ter ingestion test.The article elaborates on the two commonly used standards for water ingestion test and the key work that needs to be carried out before water ingestion test.At the same time,taking the water ingestion test of a certain aircraft engine as the research object,a water ingestion test scheme is proposed,and the results of the water ingestion test are analyzed,which has certain reference significance for other engines to carry out water ingestion test.
