摘要
针对舰载机发动机控制系统在使用过程中暴露的需频繁调整、日常维护和标定工作繁琐、数据分析能力不足等维护方面问题,对提高发动机控制系统维护性进行研究.提出了改进数控系统并开展余度设计、优化电液转换装置选型、简化控制系统标定和维护流程、开发基于数据的发动机典型故障快速判读软件等措施,可大幅降低维护成本和工作量,提高航母和舰载机战斗力.
Abstract
In view of the maintenance issues during the use of a certain type of carrier-based aircraft aero-en-gine,such as requiring frequent adjustments,complex daily maintain work and weak analyzing ability,the essay carry out improving aero-engine control system maintainability.A series of measures are proposed including up-grading the FADEC structure and redundancy design,optimizing the selection of electro hydraulic servo valve,simplifying the calibration and maintenance work of aero-engine control system,and developing data-based soft-ware for rapid diagnosis of typical engine faults.Due to these improvement,the maintenance cost and work is ef-fectively reduced and the carrier and carrier-based aircraft fighting capacity is greatly improved.
