摘要
因铁路发电车装用的mtu183 柴油机组产品升级换代、原厂配件在全球范围内停产,严重影响了发电车检修和铁路运输生产秩序.本文针对此情况提出了相应的应对措施,根据国家铁路集团公司推荐的五款可替代机型,从技术参数包括产品质量及配套周期、维保检修体系、经济性以及车辆改造技术可行性等几个方面进行了分析及综合评估,最后确定了五款机型的推荐方案,为各铁路局后期进行发电车机组换型改造提供参考意见.
Abstract
Due to the upgrading and replacement of MTU183 diesel generator units used in railway power generation vehicles,as well as the discontinuation of original parts worldwide,it has seriously affected the main-tenance of power generation vehicles and the production order of railway transportation.This article proposes corresponding measures to address this situation.Based on the five alternative models recommended by the Na-tional Railway Group Company,an analysis and comprehensive evaluation were conducted from several aspects,including technical parameters such as product quality and supporting period,maintenance and repair system,e-conomy,and feasibility of vehicle transformation technology.Finally,the recommended solutions for the five models were determined,providing reference opinions for the later transformation of generator units by various railway bureaus.
