车用内燃机护板上下料机构的设计

汽车的内燃机护板是汽车重要选配零件,起着保护内燃机免受恶劣路况损坏的作用.内燃机护板主要是金属和树脂两种材质,尺寸接近 1m×1m,重量 2~8kg 不等.本文主要研究内燃机护板的自动上下料机构,分别设计了上料机和下料机.通过升降机构、伸缩机构和真空吸盘的抓取实现内燃机护板的自动上下料.该机构减轻了工人的劳动强度,明显提高劳动生产率,有利于提升中小汽车零配件企业的自动化程度.
Design of Loading and Unloading Mechanism for Vehicle Internal Combustion Engine Guard Plate
The internal combustion engine guard of a car is an important optional component that plays a role in pro-tecting the internal combustion engine from adverse road conditions.The internal combustion engine guard is mainly made of metal and resin materials,with dimensions close to 1 meter∗ 1 meter and weights ranging from 2kg to 8kg.This ar-ticle mainly studies the automatic loading and unloading mechanism of internal combustion engine protective plates,and designs the loading and unloading machines respectively.Automatic loading and unloading of internal combustion engine protective plates is achieved through the lifting mechanism,telescopic mechanism,and vacuum suction cup grasping.This institution has reduced the labor intensity of workers,significantly improved labor productivity,and is conducive to improving the automation level of small and medium-sized automobile parts enterprises.
