Vibration Isolation Analysis and Optimization Design of Automotive Engine Mounting System
In order to improve the comfort of a car during driving,it is necessary to ensure that the car has good vibration isolation performance.Therefore,this article takes a car engine mounting system produced by a certain company as an example to study the vibration isolation analysis and optimization design of the car engine mounting system.Based on the actual parameters of the engine mounting system,decoupling analysis of the vi-bration isolation performance of the automotive engine mounting system is carried out.Through ADAMS soft-ware,a simulation model of the mounting system is constructed to obtain the decoupling rate results in different directions of the mounting system and determine the vibration isolation performance of the mounting system;And optimize the suspension system design based on the analysis results.Through the optimized dynamic stiff-ness analysis results,it can be seen that the vibration isolation performance of the engine mounting system meets the standard requirements after the optimized design.
