Development Description of A Pantograph for Mining Truck
This paper introduces the technical design of a pantograph specially developed for electric mining trucks,and introduces its main technical parameters,structural design,working principle and hydraulic drive system design.The pantograph is based on the design principle of railway pantograph,considering the character-istics of electric mining truck contact network cable and its own hydraulic system,the design adopts a dual pan-tograph synchronous lifting structure,hydraulic synchronous driving system,and multiple electrical insulation protection design scheme,which realizes the current receiving demand of electric mining car,and can effectively meet the application scenario and use requirements of electric mining car.It has high guiding value.
