摘要
往复式天然气压缩机的装配过程非常繁琐,活塞是往复式压缩机主机的重要组成部分,活塞的装配质量与效率是影响主机装配的重要因素.文章通过结合现场实际装配活塞的过程中产生的质量与效率问题,对此类问题进行原因分析,识别问题的要因并提出解决方案,为后期遇到同类型问题提供参考依据.
Abstract
The assembly process of reciprocating natural gas compressor is very cumbersome,the piston is an important part of the reciprocating compressor host,and the assembly quality and efficiency of the piston are im-portant factors affecting the assembly of the host.Based on the quality and efficiency problems generated in the actual assembly of pistons,this paper analyzes the causes of such problems,identifies the causes of the problems and proposes solutions,so as to provide a reference for the later problems of the same type.
