在中国制造业的快速发展背景下,生产自动化水平的提高成为了当务之急.其中,机械手的出现代替了人工,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,而且还可以降低人工成本.可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logical Con-troller,PLC)作为自动化控制领域的重要设备,已经广泛应用于各种工程控制项目中.结合 PLC的控制性能与机械手在生产过程中的应用需求,本文设计了一套基于 PLC 的气动机械手控制系统,以实现机械手的高效、精确操作,提高生产效率.
Design of Control System of Pneumatic Manipulator Based on PLC
Under the background of the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,the improve-ment of production automation level has become a top priority.Among them,the emergence of robots instead of manual labor,greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and labor costs.As an important equipment in the field of automation control,Programmable Logical Controller(PLC)has been widely used in various engineering control projects.Combining the control performance of PLC with the application requirements of the manipulator in the production process,this study aims to design a set of pneumatic manipulator control system based on PLC to achieve efficient and accurate operation of the manipulator and improve production efficiency.
