Research on Chassis Structure Design of AGV Manipulator Based on EMC
With the rapid development of electronic science and technology,the electronic chassis is facing a complex electromagnetic field working environment.In order to ensure the stable operation of electronic compo-nents in the electromagnetic field environment,electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)technology has become a measure to solve this problem.The focus of electromagnetic compatibility is the design of shielding structure.This paper introduces the design principles and processes of the shielding structure of the electronic chassis based on electromagnetic compatibility technology.Taking the electromagnetic interference of the electronic devices in-side the AGV manipulator as an example,an electronic chassis is designed.It is verified by experiments that the shielding effectiveness reaches 40 dB and above when scanning in the 50-200 MHz frequency band.This example can be used as a reference for the shielding structure design of other chassis,which has important reference sig-nificance.
