Research on Starting Process and Faults of Mining Dump Truck
In the early years,Mining dump trucks used mechanical pump diesel engines,and as people de-mand more and more engine emissions and fuel consumption,Mining dump trucks gradually started using large cylinder-bore series of electronically controlled diesel engines.To understand the starting process of large-cylin-der-diameter electronically controlled diesel engines and to help service personnel more easily resolve problems encountered during the start of electronically controlled diesel engines,this document provides a detailed intro-duction to the principle of starting process for large-cylinder-diameter diesel engines,and also classifies and sum-marizes common causes of difficult starting problems.In the meantime,this document provides an example of fault handling,which describes the procedure for handling large-bore electric diesel engine start-up problems,and provides reference for service personnel to resolve such problems.
