摘要
大功率柴油发动机在工业和交通运输领域具有广泛的应用,然而,由于其特殊的工作环境和高负荷运行,常常会遇到各种故障问题.通过研究大功率柴油发动机的常见故障,并提出一系列预防措施,以提高其可靠性和性能.而且,详细分析各种故障原因和机制,可以更好地理解这些问题,并采取相应的措施来降低故障率,延长发动机寿命,减少维修成本.
Abstract
High power diesel engines have a wide range of applications in industrial and transportation fields.However,due to their special working environment and high load operation,they often encounter various fault problems.By studying common faults in high-power diesel engines and proposing a series of preventive measures to improve their reliability and performance.Moreover,a detailed analysis of various fault causes and mecha-nisms can better understand these issues and take corresponding measures to reduce fault rates,extend engine life,and reduce maintenance costs.
